1. Introduction

Welcome to OnchainLandmark! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnchainLandmark NFTs (“NFTs”), any associated tokens (“Coin”), and related perks or services. By purchasing, holding, or interacting with an OnchainLandmark NFT or Coin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or purchase an NFT.

2. Ownership & License

• When you purchase an OnchainLandmark NFT, you own the NFT token itself, but not the intellectual property rights to the artwork or branding.

• You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use, display, or resell your NFT for personal use only.

• The NFT does not represent ownership, equity, or financial interest in OnchainLandmark or any affiliated entity.

• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, modify it, or create derivative works without written permission.

3. No Financial Advice & No Guarantees

• OnchainLandmark NFTs and the Coin are purely digital collectibles and utility tokens, not investments.

• They have no intrinsic, assigned, or implied monetary value. They are not intended for speculation.

• OnchainLandmark does not promise future value, liquidity, or market demand for the NFTs or Coin.

• Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. Staking & Token Generation

• OnchainLandmark may allow NFT holders to stake their NFTs and receive a Coin as a reward.

• The Coin is NOT a security, investment, or financial asset. It does not represent:

  • Equity, shares, or ownership in OnchainLandmark or any entity.

  • Voting rights, dividends, or profit-sharing.

  • Any form of financial return, appreciation, or speculation.

• The Coin is strictly a utility token that may be used for accessing digital perks, purchasing vouchers, or interacting with third-party services.

• OnchainLandmark makes no guarantees about the Coin’s usability, functionality, or redemption.

5. Vouchers & Third-Party Platforms

• Holders may use the Coin to purchase vouchers or redeem rewards, but these are subject to third-party terms and conditions.

• If a voucher is spent on a third-party platform, that platform’s terms apply, and OnchainLandmark is not responsible for the voucher’s usability, expiration, or redemption issues.

• OnchainLandmark does not control third-party services and is not liable for their decisions, restrictions, or failures.

6. Perks & Rewards

• OnchainLandmark may offer access to raffles, giveaways, travel perks, or other benefits. These are provided at our sole discretion and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

• Participation in raffles or giveaways does not guarantee winnings.

• Rewards, staking, or any additional benefits are not contractual obligations and may be adjusted or removed at any time.

7. Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase or interact with OnchainLandmark NFTs or the Coin.

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to NFTs, tokens, and staking.

• If any regulatory body determines that the Coin must be classified as a security or financial product in your region, you must immediately cease interaction with it.

8. Risks & Limitation of Liability

• OnchainLandmark is not responsible for any:

  • Market fluctuations, price changes, or liquidity issues related to NFTs or the Coin.

  • Technical failures, blockchain downtime, hacking incidents, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

  • Loss of NFTs, Coins, or wallet access due to user error or third-party platform failures.

• All purchases are final. OnchainLandmark does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• OnchainLandmark does not endorse, control, or guarantee any secondary marketplace or exchange listings for the NFTs or the Coin.

9. Taxes & Fees

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to NFT purchases, sales, staking rewards, or token use.

• Gas fees and transaction costs are non-refundable and determined by the blockchain network.

10. Amendments & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the project, including benefits, at any time.

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of OnchainLandmark NFTs or the Coin constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with a jurisdiction selected at our discretion, in compliance with applicable international blockchain and digital asset regulations.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a location of our choosing, and not in court.
